To keep your costs down as much as possible, we've put together a package deal that covers flights from both Manchester and Gatwick to Toulouse, seven nights accommodation, return transfers and access to all the events from just £399
If flying from Manchester or Gatwick doesn't suit you or you're not hardcore enough to handle 7 nights you can book your flights, transfers, accommodation and events wristband separately on our online booking system.
Here's how it breaks down -
Accommodation only: From £170
Transfers: From £59
Events wristband: £129
No Frills and Scheduled flights can be booked easily and securely via our website but prices may change.
The first 250 people to book special offer packages will only need to pay £50 deposit as part of our early bird offer.
If you're not one of the first 250 and you book more than eight weeks from departure, we'll need to take a £130 deposit for the special offer package, a £75 deposit for accommodation and events wristband together or a £50 deposit for the wristband on its own. The balance is payable eight weeks from departure.
If you book within eight weeks of departure the full balance needs to be paid at the time of booking.
You will be advised at the time of booking what payment is required for your particular arrangements.
Please note: if you book your own flight some airlines may require you to pay the full balance at the time of booking.
Eight weeks before departure, which is Saturday 16th of January 2010 at the latest.
The full Package includes your flight to Toulouse, return transfers, seven nights accommodation and access to all the events.
If you buy separately, accommodation entitles you to seven nights stay at one of the resort hotels, transfer covers your trip to and from the airport and the resort and the wristband gets you access to all the events.
When you book you'll be given a choice of resort hotels to stay in. See here for more information.
Arinsal is relatively cheap and easy to get to. Low cost airlines like Easyjet, British Airways, BMI Baby, FlyBe, Jet 2, Iberia, Monarch, Air Lingus and Globespan have regular flights to airports close to the resort.
You can search for a low cost flight on our booking engine on the right hand side.
Andorra is pretty much slap bang in the middle of France and Spain, so take your pick from Toulouse [three and a half to four hours to Arinsal], Barcelona or Gerona [both three and half hours away].

Getting to the resort couldn't be simpler - just book our full package and we'll come and pick you up from Toulouse!
We're also doing separate transfers from Barcelona airport from just £59. See here for more information.
Andorra is in the Pyrenees Mountains midway between France and Spain.
Pub trivia: The people of Andorra have the highest life expectancy in the world, at an average of 85 years, and all 84,484 of them could fit into Wembley stadium at the same time.
Keep checking the website for the latest announcements - we'll be adding DJs and live acts to the festival right up until March!

Even better, as Andorra is a tax-free country, prices are significantly lower than most other ski resorts.
Typically you'll be looking at paying €3-4 for a beer, €7-12 for a meal, €0.80c for a bottle of water and €2 for a packet of cigarettes.
Euros.
Hell yeah - if last year's anything to go by the resort had snow until the end of April! And even if global warming does take effect over Andorra, there are nearly 400 snow cannons to keep the resort covered in the white stuff.
The Big Snow Festival is about skiing, snowboarding and having a good time.
To make sure you're not caught out here’s a few reminders of things to bring with you:

We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate cover when you book.
